Our policy

SCHEDULE

We guarantee some flexibility if you book from the official website.

DEPOSIT:
During the check-in a deposit of 250€ will be asked for. We accept both cash or credit cards. The deposit will be returned once we check the accomodation for possible damage.

PAYMENT METHOD:

25% of the total price to make the reservation. The rest of it can be paid before the check-in via bank transfer or when you arrive either in cash or with a credit card.

CANCELLATION POLICY

General:

If cancellation is made 15 days before the date, we return 50% of your payment.
Between 15 and 7 days before the date, 25% is returned.
For last week cancellations we do not return the deposit.

COVID-19

If you have to cancel your booking due to Covid-19 you can choose: we keep the deposit and you choose new dates to come or we return the whole deposit.
In this situation, no matter what you choose, we will be waiting for you!
